The techniques of the photographic process got my interest when i was 12 or so, and I've been looking for different ways to make images ever since. the chemistry and physics involved with the technology have always fascinated me. In the late 80's, I moved to New York to study film and photography at the school of visual arts, and shot many assignments for magazines, from fashion to portraits, theater and the food industry.
Later as the owner of Lexington Labs in New York, I had the chance to work with many artists and photographers, making prints for galleries, museums and publications, also co-founded and published (t)here magazine for 6 years. I then joined griffin editions and concentrated on large scale silver gelatin printing. through all these years I always kept making new images with a number of processes, and still do, like I imagined as a 12 year old. and after living in New York for 33 years, I recently moved to Los Angeles in search of new adventures.

Scott grew up in Southern California before traveling and working successfully throughout the world, including Europe and Japan as a fine art photographer. Scott became an accomplished fashion photographer, working with many of the worlds greatest fashion designers, including Donna Karan, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Issey Miyake, Vivienne Westwood and many other well known figures in the fashion world. Scott has also worked extensively for the Conde Nast Vogue group and many other publications worldwide. Scott is also an accomplished filmmaker as well with 12 successful movies distributed on the international market.
His fine art photographic work has been collected Internationally by the Bibliotheque Nationale de France and here at home by the New York Library Permanent collection of prints and photographs as well as many important private and corporate collections. He has also been sponsored by the Eastman Kodak Professional Imaging Department of New York City and exhibited at the Kodak Photo Salon in Tokyo and the BBDO Advertising Agency Gallery in NYC among other galleries.

ABOUT OUR WORK
From NYC to Los Angeles
We recently moved to Los Angeles from New York. The new darkroom is set up for fiber base silver gelatin prints up to 20x24 inches, from negatives up to 4x5 inches please feel free to us - if you have negatives and a project in need of prints, we have about 30 years of experience printing for galleries and museums.
We try to keep things simple. All prints are made on Ilford papers, neutral or warm-tone, selenium treated or sepia toned. but we can print on any paper that would suit an image. We also have an extensive knowledge of toning in general, from blues to other hues. Below is a list of artists and photographers we have worked with over the years.
